Update on Landmark Devereux Court Case

Below is Jay L. Edelstein’s exclusive statement regarding our case representing victims of the Devereux institution.

It is becoming more evident, more obvious, that Devereux oversaw a shop of horrors. Edelstein Law is currently presenting a claim where our client was abused. Counsel was hired to defend the case. They attempted to dismiss the claim when suddenly, the Executive Director of Pennsylvania, of Devereux contacted our client’s mother, apologized for their conduct and the result was immediate mediation and a suspension of pleading temporarily. This simply doesn’t happen, which tells you all you need to know. -Jay L.
