“Unfortunately, in our society our children are subject to extreme bullying when they leave the safety of their homes and head off to school. It’s supposed to be safe and our schools and teachers, which are in essence, supposed to be in loco parentis, taking care of our kids, at times, fail miserably at the simple task of protecting them from danger. Bullying is bad, racial bullying is bad; along with a civil rights violation. We at Edelstein Law can help you and remedy the situation.”
